The students will learn about levels of management, organization and its characteristics, management functions, roles and skills.
The students will learn about global business issues and international organizational structures and techniques.
The students will learn about external and internal environment, characteristics of organizational culture, social responsibility and ethical behavior.
The students will learn about eight steps in decision making process, 4 perspectives of making-decisions, types of decisions and decision-making conditions and decision- making styles.
The students will learn about the purpose of planning, types of goals, approaches to goal setting and planning and contemporary issues in planning.
The students will learn about traditional organizational structures and contemporary organizational structures.
The students will learn how to identify, select, train and then retain high performing employees and about contemporary issues in managing human resources.
The students will learn about the function of communication, methods of communication, barriers to communication and how to overcome them and effective channels of communication.
